Helix Service desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every weekday.
The service desk phone number is 516 0700 and the email address is thjonusta@helixhealth.is.
You can also send service requests to Origo's service portal.

TeamViewer remote help
Download remote assistance tool, TeamViewer. "Your ID" and "Password" appear once TeamViewer has been downloaded and started. Please give these numbers to the helpdesk employee.
